TiltRun Privacy Policy

Effective date: 28 July 2026

This privacy policy explains how Binary Balance ("we", "us") handles information when you play TiltRun (also published as "TiltRun: Marble Quest") on Android and iOS.

Information we collect

TiltRun does not require an account, and we do not collect, store or transmit your name, email address, contacts, photos, files or precise location. Your game progress, settings and purchases flag are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers – we do not operate any servers.

Third-party services

TiltRun uses a small number of third-party services that may process data on their own behalf:

  • Google AdMob displays advertisements in the free version of the game. AdMob may collect device information such as your advertising identifier, IP address, device model and coarse (city-level) location to serve and measure ads, which may be personalised where permitted. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from AdMob.
  • Google Play Billing (Android) and Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) process the optional "Remove Ads" purchase. We never see or store your payment details; purchases are handled entirely by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

  • Personalised ads: you can limit or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising). On iOS, TiltRun asks for tracking permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and you may decline.
  • Remove ads entirely: the one-time "Remove Ads" purchase permanently disables forced advertising in the game.
  • Delete your data: because all game data is stored locally, uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes it completely.

Children

TiltRun is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising in the game is provided by Google AdMob under its own policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Since we do not hold personal data about you, such requests generally concern the third-party services listed above, which provide their own tools and contacts. We are happy to help you direct a request – just get in touch.

Changes to this policy

If we change how TiltRun handles data – for example by adding a new service – we will update this policy and revise the effective date above before the change takes effect.
